timeseries from structural segmentations -- prob would require T1 space images #729

We can talk about this when we meet, but I don't think we currently have the capability to ingress native space structural segmentations (e.g., subcortical structures from FS). This would prob be useful; can discuss.

fMRIPrep outputs the aparc+aseg and aseg segmentations in standard space, I believe. We don't currently extract time series from them though. Are there other FreeSurfer segmentations we'll want in our derivatives?

I just realized that the aparc+aseg and aseg parcellations are only outputted in standard volumetric space. There are no CIFTI versions in my fMRIPrep derivatives. I'm not sure if that's going to be a problem for this or not.
