Some minor updates #17

Hey I changed the create_tables.sql to include to create user command to make the install process simpler: the user just updates the the user and pass they want in config.yml and create_tables.sql and runs one shell command. Also some super minor edits to the Readme.md, and admin/users/list.tt.

The changes look fine. Although I have one observation to make before I can merge your request. You forgot the app name to PerlTricks in the config.yml file.
