Added ImuDataReadQ in OpenCat.h and io.h to separate reading of IMU data from using such data. #14

I made a post in the Petoi Camp forum that explains this proposed addition that I believe would be generally useful in uncoupling reading of IMU data from using IMU data. Let me know what you think!
