Feature: Allow changing execution order of map-rows and map-cols #125

Sorry, I messed up with the rebase.... It is based on the PR #124, but this time for the 0.1.0-dev branch

Here a new PR for the same issue (#123). I update the map-order parameter accordingly and also added a little test table in the test file.
