The Docker Apache 2.4 httpd.conf requires adding a FallbackResource /index.html to solve the problem described in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15284038/rewrite-rules-for-apache-2-to-use-with-angular-js

I think that this allows the building without warning of NodeJS APIs/types inside the app, which I think it is bad.
