For the Atrial fibrillation trial, the criteria for the questions haveBleedingRiskFeature, haveAtrialFibExclusions and haveAtrialFibExclReq2 is not correct. Please fix it.

Should be fixed with 97b0e67cd1264756836d3596ee40fe0dac493eac by allowing CNE multiple-choice and checking value.length as a criteria, but there seems to be no easy way to add a "None of the above" option (to force the patient to answer something).
