patient-ssapp v0.6.5 should allow any travel distance limit for the match request #34

(Requested by Flora during WP2 bi-weekly meeting) so that the patient is not limited by a numerical value for travel distance. (At v0.6.5 the travel distance field is manadatory and limited to 10000 Km).
