Upgrading from privatesky (fc42265f76c3584c351e8ec8a411b974838d659c - dated 21th of May 2021) to latest psk-release

After the previous commit, there are regressions related to UI modals ("CONTACT SITE" seems broken).

Deploy of v0.11.6 to DEV, and TST. ctr-patient v0.11.6, backoffice v0.11.5, db schema v0.10.7

blockchain cleaned due to password repeat being removed from the wallet's secrets.
