In the edit mode, even if the trial has all the eligibility criteria entered, the eligibility criteria window shows no criteria.

Section "Eligibility criteria" removed from the creation/modification view on v0.10.7 or higher. (Removal is the simplest solution, as the Eligibility criteria is not editable at this stage anyway).
