Setup docker external volume #89

To test blockchain + brick storage preservation, setup the external-volume folder (similar to what as documented in https://github.com/PharmaLedger-IMI/acdc-workspace/blob/master/docker/README.md )

Do that on DEV environment, and on next TST release do that.

Something wrong. After deploy of a new version, inside patient-ssapp, lost access to previous match requests. Cleaned blockchain, created new MR. The problem did not happen again!!! (?!)

Seems done for DEV on v0.11.0

Still TO DO on TST.

Done on TST for v0.11.4 or higher.
