Word Wrap on MacOS - screen does not refresh correctly #797

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create a new file, activate Format > Word Wrap
2. Write some lines that wrap
3. Make the first wrapped line even longer, so it wraps another time

=> The remaining lines as well as the line counter on the left side are not
updated properly. The lines are corrected when moving the cursor up and down,
the line counter is never corrected.

Version 0.7.20 on MacOS 10.7.5, installed from the binary DMG file.

Screenshots:
- Beginning
- After making the first line longer
- After moving the cursor around.

If you drag another application or switch between tabs does the line column
update?

Have not seen this happen before but sounds like some sort of refresh issue
with the text control.

Lines and the line number column are updated
- when tabs are switched within editra
- a menu entry in editra is opened

It does not when
- switching to another application (cmd+tab)
- dragging the window around.

Thanks for looking into this. If you need any further information let me know.
