Tasklist after merging #142

I think a review was needed before merging #142 @PiervitoCreanza. (almost 2k lines changed are a lot) Anyways, we'll list the bugs here:

[x] RMI not working on GUI AND TUI!
[x] After creating the game, the creator of the game is not automatically brought into the GameScene
[x] In a 2 players game, on the second client, when trying to join a newly created game with a free spot, the view won't change after cli; WaitForOtherPlayerChoice is needed to link the end of joinGame on the clients other than the creator of the game

I didn't submit it to review because I thought we would have done it on pier-implement-gui merge, anyway I will do it next time!

Anyway, the last two bugs should be fixed on the last version of my branch.
