Could you be more clear on how to reproduce the issue, please?

Are you moving the Board view around or literally dragging the card like you moved one from your hand to the board? @ingconti

It's not a bug, it's a feature; the user can move the Pane around and zoom in/out to handle the case where too many cards are placed.
