Being able to paste MolFile in JSDraw in monomer manager #134

Currently, we have access only to paste MolFile in JSDraw but when adding new monomers, it would be useful to be able to paste a structure using MolFile as well. Unless adding monomer directly in the backend, the user currently have to redraw the structure of their monomer.
