Collapsing a group changes the simple polymer number #135

I can create a peptide and select the middle three monomers to form a group. image

If I then collapse the group, the peptide definition changes.

Both HELM definitions are correct, but should not change just because the group was collapsed.

The team agreed that this was acceptable and few users would be concerned.
