I type in the HELM string

BLOB1{Bead}”Aminated Polystyrene”|PEPTIDE1{A.G.T}$$$$

Click Apply

The annotation is removed and not displayed.

Close. The issue is related to the copied double quotation marks. If these are freshly typed, the structure works correctly.
