Mol properties are not calculated for HELM strings with annotations #190

If I enter a HELM string like this:

RNA1{R(A"mutation")P.R(N)P.R(G)P}$$$$V2.0

The properties are not calculated. There is no ambiguity in this molecule, only an annotation that has no structural meaning. It should be possible to calculated molecular properties.

Properties are calculated via the webservices which do not accept annotations on branch monomers. Duplicate issue. Close.
