Add functionality: Import SMILES for new monomer #194

SMILES are a common notation for small molecules. It is used by most registration system in the industry, thus would be useful notation to create new monomer. Currently, only mol format is supported for import of new monomer. I suggest to support SMILES import for the creation of a new monomer.
