Nucleotide bases now acting oddly in webeditor

I click on A in the combo section of the palette.

I then click on the canvas to place the combo and I only get the sugar and phosphate.

If I type ACT into the sequence box and click apply, I get the backbone plus disconnected bases.

After working with the editor for a while The tab for the bases goes blank and I can't click on it any more.

Not sure when this happens, but there is a general problem with bases in the latest release.

Issue is due to the monomer definition lacking a capping group for R3. Once the R3 information is added the behaviour is fixed. Close.
