Can't generate an image for disconnected molecules #208

I enter the HELM string PEPTIDE1{L.V.A}|PEPTIDE2{L.V.A}$$$$V2.0 into the webservices page on the test site: http://54.83.135.171/WebService/FirstPage.html

I can successfully use all the webservice calculations, apart from 'generate image of HELM' where you get the error:

I get the same problem on the openHELM site: http://webeditor.openhelm.org/WebService/FirstPage.html

The chemical structure with this HELM string are two not connected molecules. CDK (at least the version we used during initial development) does not support this.

OK, could we have a better error message though?
