Open public HELM editor with HELM string #234

It would be a good feature to be able to open the public HELM editor instance with an URL containing a starting HELM string. Example: http://54.83.135.171/HELM2MonomerService/hwe/examples/App.htm?PEPTIDE1{I.C.E}$$$$V2.0
