Build: Debug vsix packages? #292

It looks like these were disabled in the VisualRust.{2015,2017}.csproj files as of this commit: https://github.com/PistonDevelopers/VisualRust/commit/caf7d8d102e524e4d1292ccd165633187ef6e3c8#diff-637bcd4b0f4e890f1e25527b79853ffaL35 .

Was this intentional? I've enabled the 2015 one locally and it seems to be building fine - I can send a PR for e.g. https://github.com/MaulingMonkey/VisualRust/commit/a8a1ae0fd583e116113db33c046a1de64941a481 ?
