In the search event we need to send a visible signal that the boat has found the buoy for maximum points.

From the 2023 event description:

"Signal means a white strobe on boat and/or signal to a shore station and either turn into wind or assume station-keeping mode."

Find a light/device that works with the Pi
- Might also be able to do a funny and play a sound clip as a signal???
Write an interface that we can use to toggle on and off

Can also be used to give us visual info when running the boat headless to determine what the boat is doing.
