Noteable Changes

• Join Sign: Create a join sign for the arena (see the wiki)
• Scoreboard Sign: It's creation has been changed (see the wiki)
• Prefixes: you can change the prefix per-arena used by signs and messages
• API Improvements: you can easily grab the main MobArena class with MobArena.get()
