RC12: FPGA: Reverting FPGA FW source tracked in release-candidate to match what was actually uploaded to the rover (FPGA-FW-RC11.0.3b, which was uploaded in RC11, and untouched in RC12).
NOTE: In case we have to ever go back and keep developing, the furthest developed (and non-working) FPGA FW is still pointed to in the rc12/cwcolomb/fpga-fw-furthest-development-point-before-rc12-archive--beyond-whats-on-fm1-which-is-11-03b branch. This was development-only and never uploaded to the flight rover.
