GDS fully works inside docker and can communicate with the outside world. Tested communication with outside standalone GDS and with FLEUR-backend.

Remaining:

Haven't tested if networking with this works on Windows but it should.
xcvr-wifi doesn't bind correctly. Need to screw around with the networking config for it.
Volumes setup has not been fully tested and may need to be tweaked.
