replace planteome.owl with planteome-new.owl #23

planteome.owl is invalid as it has file URIs. Everything should be a URL.

It looks like this is the correct one https://github.com/Planteome/planteome-ontology-browsers/blob/master/planteome-new.owl

There should be no need for filenames like foo-new in github - experiments can be done on a branch.

Let's clean this up!
