- open your file manager
- create a folder (name it everything, i'd just name it "customgamedir"
- open pojavlauncher
- open profiles tab
- press + (choose fabric/forge)
- set fabric loader and minecraft version, done
- set game directory to ./customgamedir (i named my folder "customgamedir")
- create mods folder and config files in your "customgamedir" folder
- put mods and your configs in it
- profit

Make a "Local Modpack"option in the "Profile",I think it will open the local storage,such like "Execute .jar"to choose file like this:
And then after choose file background running the configure of the Modpack
Anything else?
