make content dir dynamic? #4

user login, with user dir ensurance on login
create/delete project within user's dir.

While the barest of minimal sqlite3 dbs should do the trick here, although that would probably be more than we need to do our testing. Having multiple user dirs does not meaningfully test a browser based editor, unless that code editor has user management built in.
