For smaller screens, if the CTA's does not fit on the cards, we have a few options:

• Display available CTAs based on the user's current chain. Hide the rest.
• Display CTAs as a carousel, prioritizing the active ones. For example, 1. Claim ETH oVCX and 2. Exercise oVCX should always appear first, followed by the disabled ones.
