Organize 'functional' pages of handbook better

We have small teams, but we also have functional content ie how engineering as a whole works. This stuff matters for recruitment and for building a strong culture for the way engineers, or product people, or designers etc work.

We have engineering and growth highlighted at a top level:

This signals we don't care as much about ie design, for example, whereas we know it's critical.

With our existing content, we could change to:

• Engineering
• Design
• Marketing
• Sales
• People

We don't really have product yet, but soon we could do this.

@corywatilo @lottiecoxon Is there anything we'd like to add here with regards to process/artwork requests? Or any takeaways from the rebrand that could be generalized into a Handbook entry?

Im pretty sure that there is some content on the site that addresses the process of art requests but will check with Cory- glad to see Design is being put onto the menu, good move
