Free vs Paid feature docs are not clear

1. Visit https://posthog.com/pricing, Feature Flags have a ✅ in the OSS column. https://posthog.com/docs/user-guides/feature-flags shows a yellow minus on the OSS version.
2. https://posthog.com/docs/user-guides/feature-flags has an asterisk on the "Open-source*" availability, but the asterisk is not explained anywhere.
3. https://posthog.com/docs/user-guides/feature-flags uses a yellow minus sign but https://posthog.com/docs/user-guides/experimentation has a red cross for the OSS availability. The difference between the two is not explained.

Thanks for calling this out! It's definitely a little confusing. #2250 outlines this in better detail (preview url), but it's slated to be added to the Company Handbook as more of an internal reference. This info should clearly be in better sync on the pricing page.

Related: There's a mock for an improved design for the feature availability in #2663 (2nd screenshot) to improve how we're explaining things within user guides, and hopefully we can extend this to other pages (like docs) in the future.

+1 - we've a bit of cleaning up to do here!

On feature flags and experimentation specifically:

• feature flags including multivariate feature flags are all open source / free
• experimentation is paid - this is the ability to run a series of experiments, with statistical probability tracked and a few nice UX helpers like an estimated time to completion. Sidenote: our paid product is free for the first 1m events ingested/month on both cloud and PostHog Scale - with a card entered
