Explain the idea in a sentence or two

Revamp reverse proxy setup docs. Add details to Caddy, clean up Cloudfront, add Cloudflare, add Vercel.

Why should we do it?

how it will it be useful or interesting for readers/viewers

Docs are confusing as they are now. We are making changes that effect reverse proxies and pointing users to those changes. Reverse proxy are important to capturing most data possible, having best experience with PostHog, and will only become more important as browsers/extensions block more stuff.
