Product page updates #5799

Progress made on Product page CTA's and just general updates as mentioned here and the full Figma file

Suggested updates:

1.

'The main CTA - I think we should make this 'Get started - free' on all the pages, as we do on the home page? At least from previous ads we know having 'free' in there tends to perform best.'

I was thinking of making the top section more of a block to emphasise the different headers- it pops a bit more and leaves space for a red CTA stating that you can get started for FREE.

  1. and 3.

Quotes and the introduction of a side nav bar

'Given all the sections, a lil mini-nav would be useful?'

I think that the quotes aren't living up to their true potential, through the use of a speech bubble it adds a playful edge and imo makes the text a little more noticeable. Plus adding in custom artwork = a more personal portrayal of our customers.

I agree with Charles - these pages are lonnnnngg - nav bar is helpful

4.

'This is so marketeering (sorry) but can we have an intermediate CTA halfway down the page? Otherwise it's a loooong page, and I think it's reasonable to have it above 'Pairs with' for example?'

this just makes sense + fun receipt art hehe

5.

A little spark joy moment would be adding some interactive colour to the small perks of each feature - par exemple

I will keep pushing for it but adding in PostHog vs fighter artwork

7.

'The 'Docs and Resources' and 'Blog' sections seem to be very long and thin?'

To tackle this I tried just making it less list-y and more stacked but this is a toughy

Replacing the hedgehog carosel at the bottom with the same yet simplified navigation to push people onto the next page

Like a lot:

Main issues I think are size/number/position of CTAs - you've got 5 now which is overkill:

Generally I think the second CTA button btw should probably be 'view pricing' over 'book a demo'? (Same as homepage, but it's inconsistent on these pages right now)

tl;dr - overall much nicer, just need to tone down the CTA fiesta

This is really helpful feedback

  • I think it would be more helpful to add a 'beam me up' CTA to get them to the top or a navigation to send them to the next page - I think it's pretty obvious that we have stated twice that you can get started for free - thoughts?

Yes agree - this would work better and helps it feel less marketingy

It looks like the features blocks are now all left aligned, but I think they looked better as they are now (alternating left and right) - not sure if intentional?

I was debating to see if we could use a parallax effect to have them jump in when you scroll through to other sections - but was unsure if that was too 'apple-y'

We do use that 'pop in' effect on the home page in the hero carousel which might work better? (As it's also important to maintain consistency across the site and not give people too different experiences across different pages).
