Comments should not create tickets in Zendesk

More context: Comments on posts create Zendesk tickets. A couple things we should double-check now that we're using the questions widget in other places (like posts, AMAs):

Let's keep Slack notifications going, but don't need to create Zendesk tickets for comments

AMA

Double-check we're not creating tickets for these, and probably don't need Slack notifications for these either (only emails to the profile's owner)

make sure to alert the author of the post aswell (doesn't seem to be working)

@smallbrownbike seems like comments are still resulting in zendesk tickets (example)
