Why not both?
Break the content down by the metrics you need to track, with each section having a how-to for doing it in PostHog.
Real question is if we can have a template for this.

Because I want to pick one.
My guts says a tutorial would be more useful right now, since it gives us something we can point AI startups to when they join... could even build it into onboarding somehow?

It's definitely a question. I suspect the difficulty here is there's not much you can autocapture here, so the events are likely to be very custom. Hard to make assumptions that would apply to any AI startup.
