Eli improved the ability for client_api_host and app_host to show up on the website.

There are a bunch of places (like API and reverse proxy) where we were using client_api_host (turns into https://us.i/posthog.com or eu) or a hardcoded value, when we should be using app_host (turns into https://us.posthog.com or eu). Fixing that.
