Trying out a new way for us to scale keeping the bar high for team performance by having the exec team do regular keeper tests with managers about their team's members.

Checklist

[ ] Words are spelled using American English
[ ] Titles are in sentence case
[ ] Feature names are in sentence case too
[ ] Use relative URLs for internal links
