Sorry for the multiple comments - if I'm being super honest, this read as very generic and ChatGPT-esque, rather than written in the PostHog style 😅

I'd personally just focus on specific, tactical advice about stuff we have learned that works. Anything we haven't totally figured out yet, we can just say something like 'we find X works for now, but we're still trying new things here' or something?

yep all fair, I was trying to sum up yesterday morning's discussion but you're right it is all generic. I will close this for now to prioritize other pressing issues, can come back to this later.
