The general theme here is about how a lot of software startups are samey, and it's important your brand stands out.

I wonder if we could play with the idea of a large group of hedgehogs all dressed exactly the same, but one in the group is dressed way more extravagantly?

Awesome... let's go further:

replace the tie with a big ass chain. a kind of hip-hop vibe?
could we add a hat to the dinosaur costume? multi colored unicorn horn? something colorful
could the other hogs all have kind of logo on their shirts, but they're like slightly different versions of the same logo?
Try a different backgruond color?
