Missing Framework Guide - Ruby On Rails

Hey Andy!

Integrating PostHog into my organizations Ruby on Rails application was not as straight forward as I expected, and the lack of a cohesive framework guide on PostHog surprised me. I found a few tutorials like this one, which together with the Ruby SDK docs helped me get started but it only took me so far. I think having a RoR framework guide that follows modern Rails conventions and standards would benefit a lot of developers in my position by saving them time and work in putting together an implementation strategy from resources scattered across the web.

I would be more than happy to contribute and write such a guide myself, having just implemented PostHog at my day job. I created this issue to see if this was something the team would be open to accepting contributions for.

More than happy to have a contribution on this from the community. Were you wanting to update the SDK documentation, or have something more like the tutorial you mentioned?
