Art request - Update mini-crests

Now that we've updated our team crest designs, we should update the mini-crests to match.

New 10x crests

Current 1x mini-crests

Basically we should:

• Use the same (bolder) colors
• Use the same iconography
• While keeping the lower fidelity

Mini-crests are currently only displayed on the careers page, but I'm slating to use them on an upcoming "Why PostHog?" page.

I'd also like to use them wherever we show team members:

(On hover, it would explain what they are.)

To clarify are you after mini versions of the larger crests, instead of the current toned down more sensible mini crests ?

If we do decide to make the mini crests the same but low res versions of the normal size crests- things could get a bit complicated, I can take a crack at it but we may loose too much detail or things will look too squished and confusing
