[Feature]: Download/edit web resources from Dataverse #122

Yes

Describe the problem?

Cannot edit web resources already present in Dataverse.

Provide a solution or an idea you would like to see in the tool?

There's already an overview of present web resources, from Dataverse, in VS Code with the Dataverse DevTool ext.

It would be nice if we could download those web resources, or at least edit them directly in VS Code, without having to link a new file with the same content as already in Dataverse, before it can be edited and upload from VS Code.
