[Bug]: Publishing web resources from Smart Match window #126

What happened?

Publishing linked Web Resources from Smart Match windows is not always working. After clicking "Upload All Linked" button I can see the message that uploading and publishing web resources completed successfully. However in reality web resources are not updated and when I close and open VS code again there is an information that they are "Not up to date" again.

This is random behavior but it happens quite often on my development machine.

What version of the tool are you using?

2.1.4

What version of Visual Studio Code are you running?

1.80.1
