Yes

Describe the problem?

I am trying to use DV Dev tools to preview the JavaScript files in the Web Resource Folder, in the scripts subfolder.

I have studied your help page for about an hour and cannot figure out how a user can have a local copy of the .js files for viewing/editing and then publishing them.

I know this can be done, however, on the basis of your documentation have not been able to do so or figure out how to do it.

If you could provide the steps to follow in order to download a solution, clone it, (not sure what is needed) so that you can view the .js files and if necessary make changes and upload them I would be most grateful.
