[Bug]: Upload as new webresource doesn't work #143

What happened?

"Upload&Publish WebResource->Upload as new Webresourse" throws an error.

What version of the tool are you using?

2.1.10

What version of Visual Studio Code are you running?

1.83.0

Any relevant session id from VSCode?
