[Bug]: you can't link to Existing web resource and can't upload a new web res (js file) #144

What happened?

you can't link to Existing web resource - the extention can't see all the resources in solution. you can't upload a new web res (js file) - throw an error.

What version of the tool are you using?

v2.1.10

What version of Visual Studio Code are you running?

1.83.1

Any relevant session id from VSCode?
