[Bug]: Unable to connect to an environment #159

What happened?

Got an error by uploading a webresource, so I check and the result is I have another issue when creating an environment with username password authentication.

What version of the tool are you using?

2.2.0

What version of Visual Studio Code are you running?

1.88.1

Any relevant session id from VSCode?
