Weather - Doesn't appear to include snow in precipitation info #216

Describe the bug Searched for "Weather {zip code}" and noticed it was missing all instances of expected snow including for the current conditions.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Search "Weather {zip code}"
  2. Notice it's snowing outside and the weather plugin shows clear conditions all day.

Expected behavior Snow should be included in precipitation info. Alternatively you could rename "Precipitation" button to "Rain", however, I would still expect to get snow info in forecast so this would be less than ideal.

Have you encountered this issue again since you posted this issue?

I have been trying to replicate this glitch but I have not been able to. I suspect it had to do with the data it was receiving at the time.
