Tags role called 'highiv' whenever it appears on a wild report. Tags role called 'shinycheck' whenever 'shiny' appears on a wild report

Because this provides you flexibility in formatting, just in case, in the future. Right now, the two tags are shown first before detail in a report. If people decide they don't like that and want the tags after detail, for example, you just have to move specialWildTag section in replies and done.
